Biography
Caroline Miller is currently the director of choral activities at R.H. Fulmer Middle School in West Columbia, South Carolina. She has taught for two years at Eau Claire High School and Gibbes Middle School prior to joining FMS and is excited to begin her fourth year as a part of #falconchorus!
Each year, Miller's students have the opportunity to participate in SC Middle School Regional Choral Clinics, Middle School Choral Performance Assessment (CPA) and Solo & Ensemble Festival! Ms. Miller is the choral director of 6th Grade Chorus and 7th & 8th Honors Chorus. It is her goal to continue to foster the love of choral singing and grow the choral department at R.H. Fulmer Middle School. This year, Ms. Miller will be offering a Tenor & Bass Choir, Treble Chorus and Mixed Chorus in addition to her scheduled courses. Ms. Miller is the recipient of the East Carolina University School of Music Outstanding Senior Award for Choral Music Education and holds the National Choral Award and Director's Award from Hickory High School.
Miller is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education and she is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Master's in Vocal Performance. She resides in Chapin with her fiancé Alex and dog Allie.
