8th Grade Math & Algebra I Honors
Hello! My name is Carrie McGinnis and I teach 8th grade math and Algebra I H. This is my 15th year teaching. I’ve taught a variety of levels from 7th grade through high school.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Level Education with an emphasis on math and science at the University of South Carolina. Math is my true passion! I hope my students love (or at least like) math a little more by the end of the year with me.
My husband and I have one son, Brayden, four dogs (Toby, Sadie, Ziggy and Henry) and a fish, Mr. Goldie. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching Gamecock football, traveling and cooking.
